Terms & Conditions Thank you for participating in this activity. You are invited to upload one personal photo to help us complete our digital mosaic wall. Participation is entirely voluntary. The personal image you provide will be collected by Arup and its service providers solely for the purpose of creating the digital mosaic wall and producing related video footage for Arup's Hong Kong office 50th anniversary campaign. By uploading your photo, you consent to Arup using your image as part of the digital mosaic wall and related video footage, which may be displayed, published or promoted through Arup's communication channels, including our website, social media platforms, internal and external publications, events, and other promotional materials for Arup's Hong Kong office 50th anniversary campaign. We take your privacy seriously and will handle your personal data in strict accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and Arup's APAC Staff Privacy Notice (https://arup.sharepoint.com/sites/essentials-global-legal/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2Fessentials%2Dglobal%2Dlegal%2FShared%20Documents%2FData%20Privacy%2FAPAC%20Staff%20Privacy%20Notice%202026%2Epdf&parent=%2Fsites%2Fessentials%2Dglobal%2Dlegal%2FShared%20Documents%2FData%20Privacy). The photo collected will not be used for any other purpose, nor disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent. Except for the retention and use of the completed mosaic wall as described below, all photos and related data will be securely and permanently deleted by Arup and/or its service providers within 14 days after completion of the mosaic wall project. The completed mosaic wall and video footage incorporating your image may be retained and used by Arup solely for the purposes described above.
