我們誠邀您分享一張照片，承載著您在香港浸會學院或香港浸會大學難忘的校園時光。獲選照片將匯聚成一面「馬賽克」（Mosaic），作為是次展覽的焦點展品，藉由無數珍貴影像，重構江啟明先生於 1995 年紀念逸夫校園落成的經典畫作。這些珍貴照片連同馬賽克將保存於大學檔案，以傳承浸大的豐富歷史。馬賽克上的每一塊方磚，都訴說著每一位浸大人的故事與貢獻。上圖為馬賽克的預覽。

We invite you to submit ONE photograph that captures a meaningful Hong Kong Baptist College/Hong Kong Baptist University (“HKBU”) memory or on-campus moment. Accepted photographs will be assembled into a Mosaic—the centrepiece of our exhibition—inspired by Mr. Kong Kai Ming’s painting commemorating the inauguration of Shaw Tower in 1995. All the submitted photographs and the Mosaic will also be preserved in the University Archives to safeguard HKBU’s rich heritage. Each tile of the Mosaic represents a BUer’s contribution and cherished memory. Above is a sample of the Mosaic.

Terms and Conditions / 條款及條件

I understand and agree that by submitting the photograph and/or content (collectively, “Content”), I shall be deemed to have read and unconditionally accepted and agreed to the following terms and conditions (collectively, “Terms and Conditions”):
1.	I agree to voluntarily submit the Content to Hong Kong Baptist University (“University”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. I understand and acknowledge that my submission of the Content shall constitute my unconditional agreement to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions.
2.	I declare and confirm that (i) the Content is original; (ii) I am the sole copyright owner of the Content; (iii) the photograph submitted by me is unaltered works captured by a camera or recording device and has not been generated, developed, edited, modified or enhanced through the use of artificial intelligence; (iv) I have the right to grant the licence stated in paragraph 3 below; and (v) the Content does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
3.	I hereby grant to the University, its assignees and authorised representatives a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, edit, translate, adapt and publish the Content, and/or distribute and display the Content both internally to the University’s community and externally to the general public, in whole or in part, in any format and through any media, whether online or offline, including but not limited to exhibitions, websites, social media platforms, publications, and/or promotional materials. I declare and agree that the University is not required to seek my consent or the consent of any other third party before using, reproducing, modifying, editing, translating, adapting, publishing, distributing and/or displaying the Content, and that no remuneration shall be payable by the University to me or any third party.
4.	I acknowledge and agree that the Content may be made accessible to the public, used and retained by the University indefinitely, including without limitation for archival, research, publication, exhibition and promotional purposes. 
5.	I understand and agree that the Content may be made publicly available by the University, and that my submitted Content shall not contain any confidential or sensitive information.
6.	I understand and agree that the University has the sole and absolute discretion on whether, when, and how the Content is used, reproduced, modified, edited, adapted, published, distributed and/or displayed, including but not limited to combining the Content with images, text, recordings and/or graphics. The University does not guarantee that the Content will be used, displayed or published.
7.	I understand and agree that the University reserves the right to edit or remove all or part of the Content at any time without notice, including without limitation in circumstances where the Content: (i) contains abusive, vulgar, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal, immoral, obscene, inappropriate or harassing language or remarks, or content that may cause embarrassment to the University or bring the University into disrepute; (ii) constitutes personal attacks; (iii) infringes upon the rights of any third party; (iv) is clearly not relevant or is promotional in nature; or (v) contains personally identifiable information (e.g. address, telephone number, etc.).
8.	I understand and agree that the University may provide acknowledgement for the Content or indicate the source of the Content at its sole discretion, and such acknowledgement or indication is not guaranteed.
9.	I agree that the University assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or claim resulting from the publication, distribution, display or use of any Content. I agree to be liable for and to indemnify the University against any and all losses, liabilities and claims arising out of or in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions. 
10.	In the event of any dispute relating to the Content submission and/or these Terms and Conditions, the University shall have the right to make the final decision.
11.	I understand that in making the Content submission, I may be required to provide personal data. I acknowledge and agree that (i) any personal data collected by the University will be used for the photograph and content collection, display and archival project of the University, communication, administration, record and other relevant purposes; and (ii) if required, the personal data collected by the University and the photograph submitted by me shall be disclosed and/or transferred to third-party service providers which provide support services to the University for the aforesaid purposes. The provision of personal data is voluntary. I understand that if I do not provide sufficient personal data, I may not be able to make the Content submission. All personal data provided must be genuine and accurate. The personal data shall be collected, used and handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and the University’s “Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement”(https://bupdpo.hkbu.edu.hk/en/policies-and-procedures/pps-pics.html). I understand that I have the right to request access to and correction of my personal data. Enquiries concerning the personal data provided, including the request for access and correction, shall be addressed to the Departmental Personal Data Privacy Manager of the Library, Hong Kong Baptist University, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (email address: data-privacy@hkbu.edu.hk).
12.	These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with the Content submission and/or these Terms and Conditions.
13.	In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

本人明白並同意一旦本人提交照片及/或內容（合稱為「該等內容」），本人即會被視為本人已閱讀、無條件接受並同意以下條款及條件（合稱為「此等條款及條件」）：
1.	本人同意根據此等條款及條件自願提交該等內容予香港浸會大學（下稱「大學」）。本人明白並承認，本人提交該等內容將構成本人無條件同意受此等條款及條件約束。
2.	本人聲明及確認（i）該等內容為原創；（ii）本人為該等內容的唯一版權擁有人；（iii）本人所提交的照片是由相機或錄影設備拍攝的未經修改的作品，以及未經透過使用人工智能所生成、開發、編輯、修改或修飾；（iv）本人有權授予以下第3段所述之許可；以及（v）該等內容並無侵犯任何人士或實體的版權、商標、隱私權或其他權利。  
3.	本人特此授予大學、其受讓人和授權代表非專屬、免版稅、永久、不可撤銷、全球範圍內且可轉授權的許可，以使用、複製、修改、編輯、翻譯、改編、刋載和出版該等內容，和/或向大學內部和公眾發佈及展示該等內容，不論是該等內容之全部或部份，也不論是以任何格式及於任何媒體（無論線上或線下）進行，包括但不限於展覽、網站、社交媒體平台、出版物及/或宣傳材料。本人聲明及同意大學在使用、複製、修改、編輯、翻譯、改編、刋載、出版、發佈和/或展示該等內容之前，無需徵求本人之同意或任何其他第三方之同意，且大學無需向本人或任何第三方支付任何報酬。
4.	本人承認並同意，該等內容可能會無限期由大學向公眾公開、使用和保留，包括但不限於以作存檔、研究、出版、展覽及宣傳之用途。
5.	本人明白並同意該等內容可能會被大學公開發佈，並知悉本人提交的該等內容不應包含任何機密或敏感信息。
6.	本人明白並同意大學擁有唯一和絕對的自主權利決定是否、何時及如何使用、複製、修改、編輯、改編、發表、發佈、刋載、出版和/或展示該等內容，包括但不限於將該等內容與圖片、文字、錄音和/或圖像結合。大學並不保證一定會使用、展示或發佈該等內容。
7.	本人明白並同意大學有權隨時編輯或移除全部或部份該等內容而無須作另行通知，包括但不限於當該等內容：（i）含有辱罵性、粗俗、冒犯性、威脅性、歧視性、誹謗性、非法、不道德、淫穢、不當或騷擾性的語言或言論，或可能對大學造成尷尬或損害大學聲譽的內容；（ii）構成人身攻擊；（iii）侵犯任何第三方的權利；（iv）明顯不相關或具宣傳性質；或（v）含有可識別個人身份的資訊（例如地址、電話號碼等）。
8.	本人明白並同意大學可自行決定是否就該等內容作出鳴謝或註明該等內容的出處，而大學並不保證一定會作出前述的鳴謝或註明。
9.	本人同意大學對於任何因刋載、發佈、展示或使用任何該等內容而導致的任何損失、損害或索賠概不承擔責任。本人同意就因違反此等條款及條件而產生的或與之相關的任何及所有損失、責任和索賠承擔責任並向大學作出彌償。
10.	就任何有關該等內容的提交和/或此等條款及條件的爭議，大學有權作出最終決定。
11.	本人明白在提交該等內容時，本人可能需要提供個人資料。本人知悉並同意 (i) 大學收集的任何個人資料將被用於大學的照片及內容收集、展示及存檔項目、通訊、行政、紀錄和其他相關目的；及 (ii) 如有需要，大學所收集的個人資料及本人所提交的照片將被披露及/或轉移予就上述目的為大學提供支援服務的第三方服務供應商。提供個人資料是自願的。本人明白如果本人未提供足夠的個人資料，本人可能無法提交該等內容。所有提供的個人資料必須為真實準確。個人資料將按照《個人資料(私隱)條例》（香港法例第486章）和大學的《私隱政策聲明及收集個人資料聲明》(https://bupdpo.hkbu.edu.hk/zh-hk/policies-and-procedures/pps-pics.html) 進行收集、使用和處理。本人明白本人有權要求查閱和更正本人的個人資料。關於所提供的個人資料的查詢，包括查閱和更正的要求，應發送至香港九龍九龍塘香港浸會大學圖書館部門個人資料私隱經理（電郵地址：data-privacy@hkbu.edu.hk）。
12.	此等條款及條件受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區（下稱「香港」）法律管轄，並將根據香港法律解釋。香港法院對該等內容之提交和/或此等條款及條件所引起的或與之相關的任何索賠或爭議擁有專屬管轄權。
13.	如此等條款及條件的英文版本與中文版本之間有任何不一致或差異，概以英文版本為準。
